Scheduled Castes Development Department –“Kalyana Lakshmi Pathakam” for extending financial assistant to each unmarried girl in Telangana State belongs to SC, ST, BC, EBC.
Government of Telangana Telangana Kalyana Lakshmi Pathakam envisions the overall development of the Backward Classes and in particular the unmarried Girls belonging to the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes communities who are the disadvantaged section of the society.
In pursuance of this vision, the Government of Telangana proposes to introduce the scheme of Kalyana Lakshmi Pathakam to all the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes / Economically Backward Classes unmarried girls on their marriage with a view to alleviate financial distress in the family.
Telangana Kalyana Lakshmi Pathakam Eligibility:
(a) The unmarried Girl shall belong to SC/ST community.
(b) The unmarried Girl shall be a resident of Telangana State.
(c) The unmarried Girl should have completed 18 years of age at the time of Marriage
Family Annual income to Telangana Kalyana Lakshmi Pathakam:
The combined income of the Parents shall not exceed Rs.2,00,000 per annum.

Documents required to Telangana Kalyana Lakshmi Pathakam Online Application:
i) Date of birth – Issued by the competent authority through MEESEVA Centre.
ii) Caste Certificate – issued by the Competent authority through MEESEVA Centre.
iii) Income Certificate (the certificate shall be the latest and shall not be older than 6 months from the date of marriage).
iv) Aadhaar card of the bride and bridegroom to be scanned and uploaded.
v) A scanned copy of the first page of Bank Pass Book (Savings Account) containing the photo of the bride and the account details in the name of the bride.
vi) Wedding Card if available.
vii) Wedding Photography.
viii) Letter by the Gram Panchayat/Church/Mosque/any other authority/ institution which has performed the marriage to be scanned and uploaded.
ix) Optional details for scanning and uploading:

The Joint Director/Deputy Director / DTWO/ PO, ITDA of the Scheduled Caste Development/ Tribal Welfare Department shall process the application and after due verification of the documents by the field staff, sanction the amount to be payable in the bank account of the Bride as furnished.
The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Commissioner of B.C. Welfare, Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Commissioner of Minorities Welfare, Director of Scheduled Castes Development, Director, CGG, Telangana, Hyderabad and all District Collectors in the Telangana State shall take necessary immediate action accordingly.
